The village of Hirafu is in the centre of the Niseko area and the ideal place to base yourself for your skiing or boarding vacation.

Hirafu is approximately 90 kilometres from Sapporo Chitose airport and it will take you about 2 hours in winter by car, bus or train to get to Hirafu. It is possible on a daily basis and several time a day to hop a bus directly from Sapporo Chitose airport to the Hirafu Village. Alternatively, if you let us know when you are arriving most days we will be able to collect you and your gear from the bus terminal and transfer you to Penguin Mura with a warm welcome.

Penguin Mura is situated in the Hirafu Pension Village and is about 400 metres from Hirafu's main bus terminal. Click here to see more information.
